A report by the by the Royal College of Physicians and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health published earlier this year, raised the alarm about air pollution. Air pollution isn't a new problem but its long-term effects, which is what was looked at by the report, can be harmful.

On Wednesday 13th January the BBC programme 'Trust Me I'm a Doctor' covered a story about perfumed cleaning products including fragranced candles. However great these products smell, some of the perfume given off can turn to something nasty: formaldehyde.
