About the role:
Due to growth, we are on the lookout for a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive.  This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and well organised sales support / customer success professional, preferably with a background in construction, landscaping or horticulture (but not essential), to join an expanding team in an exciting urban greening company. 
 
Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a vital role within the sales team.  Your role will be to look after our pipeline of enquiries, quotations and opportunities, by tracking their progress and helping customers to progress with Biotecture’s proposals, to make sure we have met all of their technical and commercial requirements in a timely manner.  Your objective is to develop and nurture these opportunities so that we can secure them as orders.  
 
This role is primarily office-based, near London Bridge.  Initial training will take place in our head office and nursery facilities near Chichester.
 
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales support / sales coordinator / customer success role, preferably in a business-to-business environment, is essential.
  • A construction, landscaping or horticultural background would be ideal.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a highly competitive market 
  • Professional, clear telephone manner
  • A high level of computer literacy and tech-savvy
  • Self-motivated and determined attitude
  • Confident in dealing with contractual and technical queries after training 
  • Personality and likeability to build a rapport with potential and existing clients
