This year marks a major milestone for the interior landscaping industry as plants@work celebrates its 25th anniversary. For a quarter of a century, the association has championed the businesses, innovators and professionals who have shaped and strengthened the industry.

To mark our Silver Jubilee, plants@work is bringing members together for a special Conference and Awards Celebration on Thursday, 8 October 2026, at the stunning Glasshouse Collective in Chobham.

The Glasshouse Collective, a beautifully repurposed glasshouse, provides an inspiring and fitting backdrop for this landmark event. Surrounded by greenery and with a strong connection to nature, it offers the perfect setting to reflect on how far the industry has come, explore the challenges and opportunities ahead, and celebrate the people who have helped shape its success.

The conference will combine industry insight, professional development and plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues, with sessions exploring the evolution of interior landscaping, sustainable practices, changing markets and international perspectives.

Event Programme

11:00am – Arrival, tea, coffee and welcome networking

11:30am – Official welcome and morning conference sessions

12:45pm – Hot buffet lunch

1:30pm – Afternoon conference sessions, including market changes and international perspectives

3:30pm – Leaf Awards Ceremony

4:30pm–6:00pm – Drinks, canapés and networking

Throughout the day, there will be opportunities to share ideas, reconnect with colleagues and make new industry connections. The programme has been designed to provide both valuable professional insight and the chance to celebrate our collective achievements.

The day will culminate in the annual plants@work Leaf Awards, which will have an extra-special significance this year as we celebrate both the achievements of our members and 25 years of plants@work.

plants@work Silver Jubilee is also an opportunity to recognise the experience and commitment of the people who have built the interior landscaping profession over many decades. As part of the celebrations, we will be honouring individuals who have dedicated 25, 40 or 50 years or more to the industry.
