plants@work Marks 25 Years of Excellence at Annual General Meeting
plants@work, the voice of the interior landscaping industry, is proud to announce the successful conclusion of its Annual General Meeting, held at the vibrant and inspiring Glasshouse Collective.

As the association celebrates its 25th anniversary, members reaffirmed their commitment to the future by re-electing the existing committee to guide the association through this landmark year. Their continued leadership provides stability and a clear vision as the industry evolves and grows.
Building on this momentum, the committee is delighted to welcome Ruscha Fields of The Good Plant Company to the board for the coming year. Ruscha will take on the important role of liaison, strengthening relationships and fostering collaboration with other key industry bodies to ensure a unified and influential voice for the interior landscaping sector.
A highlight of the AGM was the celebration of Ian Drummond's 40-year contribution to the interior landscaping industry, recognising his creativity, leadership and lasting impact on the profession. His dedication and vision have been instrumental in shaping the standards and profile of the industry. The members marked the occasion with the presentation of a whimsical ruby watering can – a fitting tribute to Ian's passion, creativity and four decades of inspiring service to the industry.

A central theme of the meeting was sustainability and the challenges currently facing the industry. Members engaged in a dedicated discussion that marked the beginning of an ongoing series of conversations, reflecting plants@work's proactive approach to environmental responsibility and its commitment to promoting sustainable practices across the interior landscaping sector.
"We are incredibly excited about what the next year holds," said Kenneth Freeman of Purposeful Places and plants@work Chairman. "With a strengthened committee, a renewed focus on sustainability, and a quarter-century of experience behind us, we are better positioned than ever to support our members and champion the benefits of bringing plants into our built environments."
