Marsh McLennan (MMC) embarked on a major workplace transformation project to bring new life to their two-decade-old headquarters, uniting their four constituent business streams under one cohesive workspace known as Tower Plant. The revitalisation of the two towers, carried out between 2021 and 2022, included the installation of extensive interior planting to enhance employee wellbeing, air quality, and aesthetic appeal.

Fresha Limited, a leading app-based platform for salon and spa bookings, recently relocated to a landmark 3,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Old Street, London. The brief for phs Greenleaf was to design, install, and maintain a biophilic environment that reflected Fresha’s ethos of wellbeing, creativity, and sustainability.

This state-of-the-art facility was designed to create an inspiring and realistic learning environment for students studying Health, Social Care, Beauty, and Wellbeing. Featuring a fully equipped commercial spa, health bar, simulated hospital wards, and Virtual Reality training environments, the new building reflects the college’s commitment to providing first-class, industry-standard learning spaces.

From the moment visitors enter the reception, they’re greeted by lush planting in the bespoke joinery beds, setting the tone for a workplace where nature and design exist in perfect harmony. Moving through the floors and up to the roof terrace, where a stunning living wall creates an urban oasis, the result is an environment that feels inspiring, healthy, and connected to nature.

Ambius was commissioned to reimagine EasyJet’s office as part of a major refurbishment designed to capture the airline’s adventurous, travel-focused spirit. The brief was to create a workspace that not only embodies EasyJet’s vibrant identity but also immerses employees in the energy and excitement of global travel every day.
