New Living Walls at Wimbledon’s No.1 Court Attracting Bees and Tennis Players

JULY 2019 – The Wimbledon colours of purple, green and white have come to life within the No.1 Court’s new living wall installation,created by green infrastructure company Biotecture. With its flowering Hebe and Bergenia attracting the birds and bees, the new living walls are already starting to play their part in the local biodiversity.

Honeysuckle is June's Garden Plant
The story behind honeysuckle 
Climbing and trailing plants are very popular, because they grow upwards and therefore do not take up much space even in smaller gardens. Honeysuckle (scientific name: Lonicera) is one of them. The plant has the botanical, natural look that is so popular right now, complete with exuberant flowering on a relatively modest size area, with the ability to climb upwards and to trail along a fence, pergola or drainpipe.

Happy new name day to us!

It is exactly one year since we rebranded to become plants@work instead of efig (European Federation of Interiorlandscape Group).
