We’re always proud to highlight the fantastic work of our plants@work members, and The Good Plant Company has recently demonstrated just how impactful thoughtful planting can be — both in the workplace and in the wider community.

 

Earlier this summer, the team had the pleasure of transforming the reception area of Cambridge’s leading deep tech powerhouse into a lush, jungle-like space for a sustainability-focused event. Their brief was to create a calming “sustainability sanctuary,” a space where delegates would be surprised with a complimentary head massage — and the results truly impressed.

 

 

Their client was thrilled with the outcome, saying: “Thanks for your hard work setting the scene with all your plants. Also your flexibility and quick turnaround. It all looked fantastic and got a lot of ‘wows’ and ‘oohs’ from staff and clients.” The installation not only created a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere but also highlighted the power of plants to enhance events and shared spaces in meaningful ways.

 

 

 

Alongside this successful project, The Good Plant Company also celebrated a major milestone — their seventh anniversary. The team marked the occasion with a well-deserved day out in London’s Sky Garden, surrounded by the plants they are so passionate about. Company’s Founder Ruscha Fields expressed her gratitude: “Huge thanks to our amazing team, clients, suppliers and subcontractors who have helped make the company the success that it is today and here’s to many more years of greening up beautiful workspaces together.”

 

 

In addition to their commercial work, The Good Plant Company continues to support their local community. They recently made a generous donation of plants to Emmaus Cambridge, a local charity, bringing vibrant greenery into their café and communal spaces.

 

 

The response was heartwarming: “A massive thank you to The Good Plant Company Cambridge for their incredible donation of plants which have rejuvenated our café and community! These beautiful plants have created a lush interior landscape in our shared spaces and Joan's Coffee Shop. We are all really touched by your kindness and generosity and appreciate your ongoing support.”
