plants@work, the UK’s leading organisation dedicated to promoting the industry, the benefits of plants, and biophilic design, is proud to announce the successful celebration of the 21st edition of the Leaf Awards.

The annual ceremony, held on 9 October at The Rembrandt Hotel in Kensington, London, honoured excellence in interior landscaping, design, and innovation. This year, 14 Gold Awards were presented across multiple categories, recognising outstanding projects that demonstrate the transformative power of plants in commercial and public spaces.
The coveted Best Project 2025 Award was presented to Nurture Landscapes for their exceptional work at Virgin Media O2’s new Paddington office. The project was praised for its creative and sustainable plant installations, which not only enhanced the workspace aesthetically but also embodied the principles of biophilic design, boosting employee well-being and creating a vibrant, engaging environment.
Other categories celebrated excellence in areas including Christmas Events, Maintenance, and Design & Installation, highlighting the diverse ways in which plants enrich indoor environments.
As plants@work continues to champion the integration of plants into the built environment, the 21st Leaf Awards underscored the growing recognition that greenery is no longer just decorative—it is essential for employee wellness, productivity, and environmental sustainability.
“We are extremely proud to see how our industry is evolving and how the integration of plants in the workplace continues to make a tangible difference in people’s lives,” said Kenneth Freeman, Chairman of plants@work. “As we celebrate our Leaf Awards, it is clear that our mission to bring nature into the heart of the workplace is more important than ever.”
Looking ahead, the Leaf Awards will continue to serve as a platform to showcase innovation and leadership in biophilic design, with 2025 promising even greater achievements in interior landscaping.
