Five a Day – Embrace Vitamin Plant for a Balanced Life

This is a week-long, annual campaign run during July by plants@work since 2012 to raise awareness of the benefits of plants in the working environment. We all know that plants in the workspace offer a number of solutions to our wellbeing so we would ask you to promote houseplants during this National Plants at Work Week. We hope this year will help and encourage businesses to adopt more green spaces with your help.

Usually, plants@work members around the country spend the week engaged in a number of actions to remind everyone just how important plants are for us all. We ask you to use hashtag #PlantsatworkWeek #PlantsToTheRescue
